Who may use AutomateIndex
AutomateIndex is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and to publishers, agencies, website operators, ecommerce merchants, companies, and other organizations. If you use AutomateIndex for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you use AutomateIndex as an individual for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession, you are a consumer and all mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, starting checkout, installing AutomateIndex on a website, approving an integration, using the dashboard, running a public audit, generating files, enabling AgentToll, or using any AutomateIndex service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorized to act for any website, organization, or workspace you place under the service. You agree to these terms for yourself or, where applicable, for the organization you are authorized to represent.
Service description and boundaries
- AutomateIndex provides AI crawler monitoring, AI visibility readiness, generated AI policy files, supported-host install flows, reporting, and optional paid structured access tooling.
- AutomateIndex is monitor-first. Human visitors and normal search/discovery access stay open by default unless the site owner chooses otherwise.
- AutomateIndex is not a search engine, advertising network, crawler operator, payment custodian, tax adviser, or legal adviser.
- AutomateIndex does not guarantee AI rankings, citations, crawler traffic, agent payments, revenue, or any particular search or recommendation placement.
14-day preview, paid workspace, and billing
- Eligible new customers may receive one 14-day card-backed product preview. It is an evaluation period, not production service and not the statutory 14-day withdrawal right described below.
- The preview may include the dashboard, public audit, private generated-file previews, setup guidance, and synthetic or demo proof. It does not include provider installation, production monitoring, live customer-domain files or catalogs, structured routes, or AgentToll.
- Normal production use starts only after Stripe confirms the first successful subscription payment. Collecting a payment method, opening the preview, or creating a zero-value invoice does not unlock production use.
- Stripe is the source of truth for SaaS subscription checkout, preview status and eligibility, payment methods, invoices, first successful payment, renewal, cancellation, failed payments, applicable taxes, and the billing portal.
- The plan price, billing cadence, amount due at confirmation, and applicable tax are shown in Stripe Checkout before you place the order. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews on the cadence shown there.
- After a paid subscription period begins, Enstellis SRL does not offer a discretionary refund or prorated credit merely because a customer changes their mind, does not use the service, or cancels partway through that period. The billing-error, service-failure, withdrawal, and mandatory-law remedies below still apply.
- If you cancel during the preview, production use does not begin and no first subscription payment should be taken after the effective cancellation. If you cancel after payment, cancellation stops renewal and paid access generally continues through the period shown by Stripe, unless these terms or mandatory law require a different result.
Purchaser details, tax identity, and invoices
- Before Checkout, choose whether the purchaser is an individual or a business and provide accurate billing identity and country details. A business purchaser must provide its legal name, billing address, and any tax identifier requested for the reviewed invoice path.
- The individual/business choice controls the purchaser and invoice fields; it does not let either party choose a tax result. A business remains a business even when it has no VAT identifier. Reverse-charge or other special tax treatment is used only after the required identifier and matching business evidence have been validated and approved.
- Every customer receives the same ordinary Stripe invoice in English. For an evidence-backed Romanian billing country, Enstellis SRL separately provides the relevant invoice data to its accountant for manual Romanian RO e-Factura processing. The Stripe invoice or PDF is not itself an ANAF submission, and non-Romanian customers do not enter that Romanian handoff merely because they are in the EU or provide a VAT ID.
- The supplier domestic CUI/TIN is 54719618. The separate special intra-EU VAT identification code RO55264107 is used only for a qualifying reviewed intra-EU treatment and is not represented as normal Romanian VAT registration.
- Applicable tax, including a zero amount under the currently approved no-active-registration posture, is calculated from the reviewed purchaser evidence and the Stripe Tax configuration shown before confirmation. A registration, threshold, or legal-treatment change requires a new review before affected Checkout can continue.
Billing corrections and paid-service remedies
Contact support@automateindex.com for a duplicate or incorrect charge, or when material paid AutomateIndex functionality cannot be provided. We review the customer's description and reasonable supporting evidence together with AutomateIndex's internal logs and provider evidence; internal logs are not treated as the sole source of truth.
For a material failure attributable to AutomateIndex, including a supported-host installation that cannot be completed, we will first use reasonable troubleshooting and attempt to restore or re-perform the affected paid function within a reasonable time. If correction is impossible, the failure is sufficiently serious, or it is not corrected within the period required by applicable law, the available remedy may include re-performance, a proportionate price reduction, termination, or a refund for the affected paid period. This commercial policy does not cover an unsupported host, missing customer access or cooperation, customer misconfiguration, misuse, or a third-party outage outside AutomateIndex's control, except to the extent mandatory law requires a remedy.
Any approved payment refund is normally returned to the original payment method and is reconciled separately with the corresponding invoice, credit note, tax record, and Romanian e-Factura correction where applicable. Nothing in this section limits a mandatory consumer remedy.
Consumer withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in Romania or another EU country, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 days after the contract is concluded, subject to the conditions and exceptions of applicable law. This legal withdrawal period is separate from AutomateIndex's 14-day product preview. Neither period replaces or shortens the other.
During the withdrawal period, use the continuously available Withdraw from contract here function. It confirms your name, contract reference, and verified electronic acknowledgement destination, asks for no reason, and presents a separate final Confirm withdrawal action. AutomateIndex records the server date and time and immediately queues a durable email containing the complete statement and submission timestamp. If the online function is unavailable, send the same unambiguous statement before the deadline to support@automateindex.com with your name and contract reference. Do not include card details.
A valid withdrawal stops future subscription charges and service performance that must cease under applicable law. Any amount that must be reimbursed will be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice, normally to the original payment method and without a consumer fee. A related invoice, credit note, tax report, or Romanian e-Factura correction is handled separately from the payment refund. The current card-backed preview is priced at zero, so an in-period withdrawal ordinarily has no collected amount to return.
AutomateIndex will not treat opening a preview or accepting these terms by itself as a waiver of a mandatory withdrawal right. Any request to begin a paid service during the withdrawal period, and any acknowledgment affecting that right, must be obtained through a separate, express, unpreselected action where applicable law requires it. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer remedy or refund right.
Model withdrawal form (optional)
To Enstellis SRL, Frunzei Street, No. 11, Galați Municipality, Galați County, Romania, email support@automateindex.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the AutomateIndex subscription service. Contract reference and contract date: [insert]. Consumer name and address: [insert]. Date: [insert]. Signature is required only if this form is sent on paper.
Generated files and publisher responsibility
AutomateIndex may generate robots.txt guidance, llms.txt, llms-full.txt, RSL, ai-license.json, agent-catalog.json, structured Markdown/JSON endpoints, and related AI visibility materials. These files are technical tooling and suggested machine-readable packaging, not legal advice. Publishers remain responsible for reviewing generated content, domain ownership, licensing choices, published claims, content rights, and any effect on their own website operations.
Paid structured access
- AgentToll is the optional paid structured-access module inside AutomateIndex.
- AutomateIndex charges 0% on paid structured-access payments. Stripe is used for the AutomateIndex SaaS subscription, not for taking a percentage of publisher paid-access proceeds.
- Site owners choose the paid routes, prices, and non-secret payment destination details where the feature is enabled.
- AutomateIndex stores non-secret paid-access configuration and receipt evidence needed to operate, support, secure, and reconcile the feature.
- AutomateIndex does not ask for, store, or use publisher private keys, seed phrases, or withdrawal permissions.
- Publishers remain responsible for their own payment settings and their tax, accounting, sanctions, and reporting duties for funds they receive. Nothing here transfers or limits any independent legal duty that applies to AutomateIndex, Coinbase, or another provider.
- Third-party payment and compliance providers can be delayed, unavailable, irreversible, or affected by issues outside AutomateIndex control.
Provider installs and third-party services
AutomateIndex depends on third-party platforms including hosting providers, CMS or ecommerce providers, payment providers, database infrastructure, email delivery, AI answer providers, and payment services. Those providers may change APIs, block automation, experience outages, require owner approval, or apply their own terms. AutomateIndex uses commercially reasonable efforts to keep supported flows working, but third-party availability and approval decisions are outside AutomateIndex control.
Support
Support is provided through support@automateindex.com for active accounts, billing questions, privacy requests, deletion/export requests, security concerns, install troubleshooting, and reasonable lawful post-cancellation or post-offboarding requests. AutomateIndex aims to respond in a timely and reasonable manner, but does not provide 24/7 emergency support or a guaranteed response-time SLA unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Do not send provider tokens, private keys, passwords, seed phrases, or other secrets to support.
Data processing terms
For account, billing, website, support, and product-usage data, AutomateIndex usually acts as controller. For crawler events, generated-file operations, and integration data processed on a publisher's documented instructions, the publisher is usually the controller and AutomateIndex acts as processor unless agreed otherwise. The subject matter, duration, purpose, data categories, assistance, confidentiality, security, deletion/return, and audit-information commitments are described in the Privacy page and form the data-processing terms for those workflows.
Acceptable use and security
- Do not use AutomateIndex for illegal activity, spam, malware, phishing, sanctions evasion, credential harvesting, security abuse, sensitive-data misuse, or attempts to bypass another site owner's controls.
- Do not upload, paste, email, or store secrets in places where AutomateIndex has not explicitly requested them.
- Do not use public audit, generated routes, paid-access routes, or provider install flows to overload AutomateIndex, third-party providers, or websites you do not control.
- AutomateIndex may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect the service, users, providers, legal compliance, security, billing integrity, or platform trust.
Availability, changes, and service end
AutomateIndex uses commercially reasonable efforts to operate the service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 24/7 availability. The service may change during launch, beta, security work, provider changes, payment-rail changes, legal review, maintenance, incidents, or product development. If AutomateIndex sunsets a service or integration, AutomateIndex will give notice where practical and handle remaining data according to the Privacy page and applicable law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutomateIndex is provided without warranties during launch, beta, and normal service use. AutomateIndex is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, loss of goodwill, business interruption, lost traffic, lost rankings, lost crawler demand, lost payment opportunity, lost data, payment-network failure, wallet mistakes, third-party platform outages, or AI-system behavior unless required by law.
Governing law, complaints, and contact
Romanian law and applicable European Union law applies, subject to mandatory law that cannot be excluded.
Operational, privacy, billing, cancellation, security, and legal questions should be raised first through support@automateindex.com. Privacy complaints may also be sent to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or another competent EU/EEA supervisory authority.
